I love my new Grafea bag. The quality is amazing , leather is a bit hard but i believe it will soften in time and use. I have only used it a few times and had compliments. A little on the heavy side the back pack but it is full on leather

The bags look much better in real life. I will be coming back for more👌👌

HARI II KIMONO Backpack Review

The bag looks really nice overall, but its shape is visibly off, and it is not straight at the bottom, but at an angle (the right side is clearly lower than the left side in all the pictures I've sent them), which I think should not be the case for a bag of this price...It is even more obvious that it is not equally shaped on both sides when the backpack is placed next to another bag or object on a flat surface. They suggested stretching it out, and I have tried to move the leather around to the point that I can now see where the seams are on the bottom, and it is now clearly visible that it was not sewn properly. I am waiting for them to resolve this issue by sending me a proper bag in exchange (or a refund, and I will deliver this back to them), but I am quite disappointed and do not plan to shop from them again.

I received the purple backpack set and I am in love. It only took 8 days for delivery to the US. The bag pack came with a cover bag and the small bag with a cute paper bag

Very happy with my Grafea purchase. The quality and details is out of this world. I purchased the micro mushroom moon. It comes in a little box. Delivery via Royal Mail it took three days.

When I first came across the brand on TikTok, I instantly fell in love with the designs. Not until I got my hands on one did I realize how good they were. I have an old hello kitty collaboration bag and it’s still in good condition til date. So far I have four bags in my collection and more on the way! 🥰

I bought the Hari II model (black)
Bought on a saturday and delivered the next tuesday (to France)
It came well protected, with some storage protection
The bag is the same as the pictures and of great quality
I did need to add extra holes in the straps, as it falls quite low on my back
Have it for a few months now and I'm really happy with it

Bought three bags from them, one had an imprint left from another bag (likely from during manufactoring as i could see from the imprint that it was not any of the bags I ordered) and sent them a message. They sent a retour label back and within a week and a half I had a new bag without imprint for 0 extra cost. 10/10 customer service.

The bags themselves are very sturdy leather, very rigid bags. Great quality so far and I'm really happy with them.

These bags are not just bags. These bags comes with unique personalities. The quality is amazing for the price paid for, way better than Cambridge Satchel, the company that sells bags made from the same type of leather like this..but with expensive pricing and lousy workmanship.

I received a pink bag as a gift from my friend. It was a plastic bag it had a bit of a smell in the beginning which went away after a few uses. I was told that this is normal with this kind of materials. Other than that very happy with it.

The material is very stiff and hard. Feels like cardboard. Although the website says they accept returns, the website does not make it clear that you will have to mail it back to the UK at your cost. Or pay Grafea $90USD to pick up by Fed Ex. I was forced to pay half of the price of the item in shipping just to return it. Would not buy from them if outside the UK.

Bag is beautiful, but you cant fit a lot in it. Also the paint cracked very quickly where you open the bag, close to the magnets

Ordered 5 items over two and a half months ago. Got the order confirmation but no dispatch notice or any details on what the status is. Very disappointed and will not be buying from here again. Be wary of shops advertised on tiktok.

Design is beautiful which is what attracted me to it! Its abit smaller than im used to so cant get much in! Its says long strap i wouldnt say its long as i had on the last hole and was still quite short so not much of a choice really? Customer service is one to be desired. I had some issues with the delivery service? They were not much help when it came to chasing order up? When i emailed then they complety ignored my email? So i reached out on social media? Seems to just make excuses and says next day is not guaranteed? Uses a service that are not really dedicated to getting the item out on time? Shame as i have a big social media platform and would of been happy to share! But felt from start to finish my experience wasnt the greatest!

I ordered two bags on my first purchase, two micro satchels (Ivy and Solene). The bags were discounted further as they had “minor marks” in each bag. Despite looking hard I couldn’t find a single issue with either of them or their straps, so to me an absolute bargain.
Since that I’ve been on the hunt regularly for two I really wanted to add to my collection which are the Jules and Moccachino. Earlier this week I found the Moccachino with the same discount in the sale as my previous purchase, so picked it up along with the Greek. Cannot find a single issue with Moccachino as listed, and the fault with the Greek isn’t even noticeable! It’s led me to today where I’ve Purchased the final one in my collection I was desperate for, which is the Jules, alongside the Camille and Latte. I’ve owned my first two now for some time, they get used daily and still look perfect. The quality is awesome and the orders always arrive super fast as they use FedEx. I can’t complain here at all, and will probably keep expanding my collection!

I ordered the small cloud bag to germany. shipping was fast. the bag looks really nice. i bought it discounted, cause grafea said it had some damage. but i dont see anything.
