Missed 2 appointments and didn’t even have the decency to call. 2 days wasted and still no update as to why they didn’t turn up or call and no apology.

Excellent service from these guys. The lads who turned up were super polite and did a fantastic job. Even did a few extra little jobs for free. Highly recommend.

Me and my friend were walking down the street when they were clearing up after a job. They were using a leaf blower to blow all the dirt and sawdust from where they were working and the guy was looking at me and my friend whilst blowing all this dart and rubbish off the street into our faces.
We had dirt in our eyes and were covered in it

Graftingardeners are the most professional tree surgeons and ground maintenance contractor I came across over 12 years in the industry. Adam and the team are an absolute delight to works with, as they are accommodating to the customers' needs and considerate to the neighbours and general public during the works. Exceptional value and service with a smile. Highly recommended.

They felled and removed a tree quickly, tidily and with good humour. A very straightforward experience.

I cannot recommend GraftinGardeners.
Meant to turn up between 8-9am for an appointment made 2months earlier. At 7:58am I get a text saying they will arrive between 11-1pm. I called several times and despite being told I would be called back, never was. Eventually I was told eta would be between 10-11. No one arrived until 12:21 pm.
The tree surgeon didn’t know what he had to do. So I showed him the quote. Way more than the quoted 30% pruning reduction was made. So now concerned what the long term effects will be on the tree.
The team of 2 only stayed for an hour, not the 2 hours I was told. Nor was all of the debris cleared up.
When I emailed them detailing the issues they have never replied with any explanations.

Harry and the team were brilliant at removing an overgrown bay tree: fast, efficient and polite. We also needed permission from the council to remove the tree which Graftin Gardeners sorted out for us. I can highly recommend this company.

I have just had round three wonderful gardeners, their names are Ricky, Bruce and Mark. They cut down my Olive tree and trimmed back my Bay tree, they were very quick and efficient and did a brilliant job, I can not recommend highly enough, thank you

Bruce and Ricky did a marvellous job. They felled and chopped up seven huge banana trees and got rid of the debris. They were quick thinking, charming and very hard working. They left the back garden looking clean and tidy despite having to move a vast amount of greenery. The magnolia tree in the front garden also looks great after its hair cut. A job well done! Many thanks to Ricky and Bruce.

I requested pruning of one Magnolia and one apple tree. I was very pleased with the new shape of both.
The crew was polite, fast and hard working. They cleaned up all leaves and branches very well in the back garden.

On first glance the front looked also clean. However, getting nearer I noticed the crew had blown all leaves to the back of the fence, it was just piling up there. I am disappointed they did not clear up the leaves from that tree.

Fantastic team who made light work of the tree in our garden.
They were courteous, experienced, professional, and left both the house and garden spotless. I really appreciated how careful and respectful they were when moving debris through the house — not a trace left behind. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Excellent service from start to finish!

Worth every penny!

They said they would be there at 8 and they certainly were! Tools at the ready.
They started by introducing themselves and explaining their role.
Alex the tree surgeon, grace and Lee were the dream team! Alex took down my 2 conifers which were both massive 80ft plus trees in just over 4 hours! He was mesmerising bouncing from branch to branch and throwing them down for the Lee and Grace to dispose of.
All my neighbours watched marvelling at his skilled workmanship! He only got down to refill his tools. In all honesty I was told by others it couldn't be gone in a day! Alex proved that not to be the case! I don't know how on earth he did it!
Grace and Lee, went up and down my garden for the whole 4 hours! feeding the branches into their machine on my drive and leaving the huge logs neatly piled up on my front lawn for the 2nd team to collect during the afternoon.
They certainly kept up with Alex, the whole 4 hours and they cleaned up my garden nicely, raking and using the blew machine. They worked hard!

The 2nd team, quietly loaded the large logs into their vehicle and cleared away all remaining mess.
My front garden was left clean.

The 3rd team, kai and Luciano were just as professional and friendly.
They arrived first thing in the morning to grind the tree stump and offer advise.
They didn't stop working! Super friendly and super respectful.

All 7 employees were completely professional, friendly, and all gave me a briefing of what to expect before and after their job was done.

Fantastic job. I'm very pleased with the way the boys pollarded my massive willow tree.They also left the garden in perfect condition afterwards. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Graftin Gardeners got rid of a good sized tree in my front garden at extremely short notice. A really good friendly company and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Alan, Asley and Jay did an amazing job on transforming my very overgrown garden full of weeds into a lovely tranquil space to enjoy the summer in. They were very knowledgeable and gave me good tips on how to keep on top of things until they come back again in 6 months to cut back everything before winter. Well done!!

Have used these guys a couple of times and good results both times. First time was the pruning of two large trees and the other was the removal of some trees with associated repairs to fencing and paving.

I work at a school and contacted this company for some help creating an outdoor area for the children. Adam was so helpful he supplied everything we needed lots of safe tree trunk slices think long plank slices and also installed a large area of Astro turf. Thank you grafting gardeners for this amazing work true professionals that I highly recommend.

Adam and the team at Graftin Gardeners Ltd were highly professional from the initial phone call and the fantastic team of office Angels to the surveyor and to the three young men who came on site to do a very tricky job - They worked hard in some really horrid weather conditions and they cleaned up after themselves including the roadways outside and the drainage area - The team have followed up and have secured more work from us - A huge thank you for all the help and support.
