What a genuinely brilliant dealership
I cannot speak highly enough about my pleasurable buying experience with Grafton Motorcycles, a family owned business of many years. Although they are a Honda main dealership I purchased a trade-in Moto Guzzi V9 at a very competitive price, in genuinely pristine condition and was immaculately presented on delivery along with all the complete documentation and spare key. The website description turned out to be 100% accurate.
Customer service was truly exceptional from my initial enquiry to the delivery of the bike - my appreciation to Chris Mansell in sales, Jacob for the delivery and Lorraine from accounts. Prompt and clear communications, stress free, non-pressurised, professional and friendly manner. Circumstances suddenly cropped up of my making as I couldn’t collect the bike on the scheduled day but Chris went the extra mile with his proactiveness to arrange delivery same day and that was a 300 mile round journey at modest cost! That’s gold standard service in anyone’s book.
The highest recommendation I can give is that Grafton Motorcycles shall definitely be my first port of call for my next bike. Unsolicited review.
