We recently bought our house through Graham Butt Estate Agents and had such a great experience from start to finish.

The whole team were really helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process, always keeping us updated and making everything feel as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Buying a house can be so overwhelming at times, but they were always there to answer questions and support us along the way. We’re so grateful for all their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Sincere thanks to James and his team in the Littlehampton branch, in particular our contact Elise who worked professionally behind the scenes to keep our chain moving in challenging moments. Also thanks to Caroline at the Rustington branch who conjured the perfect property for us. Our advice to anyone choosing a local agent - buy into the process at Graham Butt Estate Agents and the teams will work with you to source your dream home. It was a pleasure working with them.

We’ve just picked up the keys to a property marketed by Graham Butt.
We had to work for it. An ansaphone message we left during office hours asking if we could pick up the keys went unanswered, necessitating a trip to the local branch where the person behind the desk was browsing online for handbags.
They casually mentioned that the keys were located at another branch prompting another journey to the second branch.
So, regrettably, this is a story of the client having to do the leg work that might reasonably have been expected to have been done by the estate agent. Seemingly surfing the internet is more important than answering phone calls or replying to ansaphone messages.
You’re lucky to get 3 stars TBH.

I Honestly Cannot Recommend Graham Butts Estate Agents Littlehampton Enough.
Seriously the whole team really were absolutely amazing! Trust me I always feel the biggest nuisance ever but sadly that’s just me & my mental health but credit where it’s due & especially when some sales aren’t straightforward as you’d hoped having a fantastic caring kind team that honestly re assure you that your not a nuisance is when everything counts.
I have to give outstanding credit to Kris bless him for genuinely going above & beyond in absolutely everything. Putting up with me for one ! No seriously sadly I’d lost my Stepmother & unfortunately selling her property sadly didn’t go quite as smoothly as liked. I hasten to add this was sadly due to the buyers solicitors!! Honestly Kris really pushed & kindly chased all the way & really kept me going especially when I was honestly at the point of feeling I couldn’t do it anymore. Thank goodness Switch Law was kindly recommended by Butts & honestly the service I received again from them was amazing. So honestly for all your property needs you honestly can’t do any better than with Butts.
