I recently bought from Grahams of Bath and had a great experience. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery was fast, and the pricing competitive. The bag was impressive, well-made, though slightly bigger than expected. Overall, efficient service and solid products. Would definitely recommend and use again. 4 stars!
