I paid for automation - the product didn't work for over a week.

Tried to speak to support they never reply and when they do reply with short irrelevant questions then also accuse me that my account is not renewed. I assured them I paid and my account was active for another month they then wanted screenshots to prove. Instead of checking on their side.

They take forever to respond to support questions as well. One conversation has taken 4 days and still a square one. Hopeless.

Overall experience of this platform was terrible and customer service was terrible. Go else where

bad service and it does not do what it says when you pay it stops working this app it is a scam and it will ruin your account trust me

Before the new version 7, I was really happy with Gramto. But with the new version I have experienced A LOT of problems.
I have tried troubleshooting with their team during a month, and no result. Abdullah y Salih seems to be bots that put you into an infinite loop of frustration. The customer service is really bad nowdays. So unfortunately I can't recommend this tool anymore.

Its not working at all. And the support is very bad.

Very poor customer service - my 1 month subscription stopped working after 1 week and despite sending payment proof for reactivation, my emails were then ignored.
