What a stupid game that doesn't let you…

What a stupid game that doesn't let you choose the difficulty level any more than they recommend themselves. For some things you have to break your joystick to complete them, like in License Center. Bought this dumb game and regret it. Forza Horizon is 10x better. Who puts a Formula 1 car in a game with street cars? Only this Gran Turismo does that.

Worst console driving simulator on the market.

If you want to play a good racing game. Buy any Forza. Gran Turismo 7 is utter garbage. Forces you to play things you don’t want to, forces you to watch a terrible video which feels like it’s 3 days long and you get the pleasure of it coming on every time you load the terrible game.

I bought my PS5 back off a friend and this time inherited the game with it. He said he hated it as it was unplayable due to being forced to do things you don’t want to do. You can’t even have a split screen race without playing half of the s*** campaign.

I wasted my life installing this and even handling the waste of space game. I used to play this when it first came out on PS1 and wow you haven developed at all really. You’ve went backwards.

I like gaming but all I have is utter hate for this series. Absolute garbage. The best way I can describe this series, is to go into a nice looking restaurant on the inside but it’s in the slums of the city. The food is off and tastes like garbage but it’s advertised as being the best about - if you honestly think this is a good driving simulator, you must be living under a rock. Glad I didn’t pay 1p for it, time to sell it for next to nothing as it’s worthless.

Online only save and no access to GT7…

Online only save and no access to GT7 without a internet connection. Made by a group of stubborn developers who go to bed at night cuddling a internet router wearing fibre optics instead of cotton clothing. They think digital is the way to be because their brains are probed by aliens and instead of electrolytes their brains work by electricity and the dial up modem sound.

Oh my god

Oh my god. I do a 30 minute race each day to get 5k every day the last 3 months...absolute rubbish system. No car invitations and 12 hour grinds for 20m cars...I just put my disc in the bin!

I rate two stars

I rate two stars. Polyphony Digital get two stars as everything is online only save, gr3 is all rear wheel drive. No offline save. No drivetrain conversion. No road to race car conversion. Leaderboards to favour the elite and the few and not the many decent falk of the world aka the general gaming userbase. It's better than FH5 as it has no logs. If I want 4WD in a gr3 lancer I should have 4wd in a gr3 lancer as ITS MY MONEY, NOT YOURS. Game Developers are theifs and fraudsters and liars then.

A total and utter con

I paid £59.99 for this game as a present for my two sons.
Firstly it took an age to download in order to play, and we have fibre broadband.
Having got the game going, the amount of content that you have paid nearly £60 for is extremely limited, as you have to unlock almost everything. Having played for a short while, my sons got bored of the game and the repetition in trying to grind out enough credits to progress..... unless!
Inevitably UNLESS you start forking out more cash on top of your £60 purchase to purchase more vehicles and equipment in order to progress. This is a total and utter con!
My sons are now bored of this game and don't play it, which is a shame. Yes you could say they are ungrateful, but that's not the case. They were over the moon when they got it, but have been let down by the greedy company that made the game.
I read an article on this matter, and the "creator" states the real world currency transaction system in the game is to represent real world rarity! What complete and utter BS that is! If I wanted to get ripped off after paying £60, maybe they could make a petrol station simulator to go with the game! A-holes!

Gran Turismo is not back for many

You advertise Gran Turismo is back. You show R34 Pennzoil GT-R but no one can buy it. Get it in the car dealership, get it back to 4WD like it use to be and get 4WD aka AWD in your Group 3. If you carry on refusing to put 4WD in Gr3 then as GT2 was 4WD aka AWD Racing Cars then Gran Turismo is not back and your breaking the law and commiting false advertising. Get a grip Kaz and just quit and admit you don't care for anyone other than your top rank and sim racers. You are selfish and when FM8 comes out, GT7 will be left with the few and not the many. TGT II, only sim racers and YouTubers can afford them. Real Gran Turismo was for controllers ONLY. Cut off wheel users and ditch them and send them all back to Iracing where they came from. Not rocket science but for some reason to Kaz, it is.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I was one of the greatest fans of Gran Turismo, I played all the titles apart 5 and I truly loved this game since I was a kid.
Unfortunately with Sport they killed the series! Stupid penalties applied with none sense.
Villain drivers promoted to win instead of fair and respectful ones.
Anyone can push you out of the track without getting penalties, it should be called Destruction Derby Grant Turismo slippin’ Sport!
Worst game ever! You can’t set up your car in most online races and every gr3 or gr4 are supposed to be almost the same instead some are faster while others corner better, I mean what is the point in organising races with HP and weight limits and if than there is no consistency in the cars racing anyway?
Also if you don’t have a steering wheel don’t even think about finish a race without using TCS, I don’t even know how I managed to win some races with a controller.
I Was so excited to put my hands on this game to find out they ruined Gran Turismo.
I will sell Sport and try 7 many times before buying it and I am commenting everywhere that real diving simulator??? Please… the only thing is real is the disappointment that most of the e drivers are experiencing.
Before sport yes, Gran Turismo was and has always been the REAL DRIVING SIMULATOR, simply a masterpiece of racing games and video games in general.
A plause to those whom are on top of the world in this video game because they really deserve to get in a real race car because to be there you have to be a monster considering how bad is the online racing system.
What an absolute joke!
I mean it is still a piece of art considering everything else, but when it comes to the online driving experience… I seriously think they know they made something that is just not right.
I understand it was their first time focusing online but considering the reviews I have seen they made a mess.
Well apart for the millions they made with the game… that’s another story.

bloody awful

Just read some of the other comments. the penalty system is a joke. i just got a penalty for being near 2 gamers ramming each other off the circuit. no touch from me at all but i i managed to pick up 2 second penalty . i then got rammed off the next corner and nobody got a penalty for it. every game every time this happens. great idea for a gaming concept but the penalty system does not work. never had a game stress me out so much.....if you are going to offer a governing body over the games then make the effort to make it fair and do it properly not some half assed effort. really its a game for talentless cheats. if you are a fair player who does not want o touch another gamer and play properly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUBBISH. IM SO DISSAPOINTED. 1 OUT OF 10.

The most pathetic racing game ever…

The most pathetic racing game ever made. So bad I sold my ps4 and went to xbox where Forza 7 is much better. The ps4 lacks content, gt7 is delayed until 2022 and who on earth would put up with the same weekly races and balance of performance so diabolical? Example. Gr3 they have a wrx which is FR? WRX are AWD not FR. Polyphony Digital are stupid people and the FiA should be banned from gaming. I cancelled my ps5 and got xbox. Polyphony Digital. The slowest, deluded and idiotic games developer on the planet. A wrx with rear wheel drive in gr3? What utter fools. Gran Turismo is the worse game ever created. A tomahawk LOL so fake. FiA rwd rules clearly favour the elite and no one should ever change the drivetrain of what makes cars so famous. Anyone who does is a fool and fm8 will leave gt7 in shame. Sony made a serious mistake and for that they lost most of their racers to xbox. Selling my ps4 I got money and guess what I got for gt sport? 1p. 1p LOL Cola Bottle was 2p but seller has forza 7 so I got it for free :)

This game is very annoying when it comes to proper races

This game is a good driving experience except for when you go into a specific championship ie Karting championship after a couple of races all of a sudden the category of car changes completely, this is annoying as you should be able to just carry on with the car and track you were already using even before the change .

Use to be be best racing game. Now? Useless!!!

Since #granturismo was launched on #playstation, I have played this game. About two months ago I was forced to buy the new #ps4 console, just to play the new #granturismosport . It starter well, except for the online save (...frustrated due to the fact that if I am unable to connect to the internet---failed to access my own saved game data). I was on level 24 and didn't really play that much online as I needed to better my skills and build up a proper garage. But since the last update end of October 2019, I am unable to win even one race in campaign mode. No matter what I try, the car keep spinning out, never the less----by the time I am on the last lap---unable to beat the front guy as he is so far in front, almost halfway around the track from the rest. SERIOUS?!!!!!!!!!! I have no other choice then to hang up the towel and call it quits with #grantusrismo for good. It is a game, suppose to be entertaining and fun, this life has enough stress, you are not supposed to experience this in your rest time trying to relax while you WERE playing your favorite game. WARNING: BEFORE SPENDING HUGE MONEY ON #granturismosport & #ps4, PLEASE THINK TWICE OF BUYING THIS "GAME".🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Gran Turismo Sport - What a Disappointment !!!

Don't waste your money if you're a Gran Turismo veteran.

This game was, in my observation, billed like a Hollywood blockbuster. It was going to be the best thing since sliced bread. In reality, Gran Turismo Sport has been the single most disappointing event for me in 2017 - by a country mile !

Not only is the game very limited in its 'offline' section - or 'Arcade' as it refers, but even the online racing is a very small thing.

Offline is what you'd probably expect. It's tiny, with complex, smart-a**e design of the user interface - and all for what? A very limited, dull and uninviting experience where you don't have much control.

Online ? That's an entirely different animal. Firstly, you can't race anything unless you watch two videos about sportsmanship, good behaviour and race etiquette. Once viewed, you're free to enter.

Unfortunately, and despite a driver rating system, the races are, by far, the most disgraceful you could ever dread to be entered into. You can be holding your own on track, then get punted off into the wall by some low-life piece of crap who can't get past you on merit. This occurs almost all the time and it totally ruins what is, essentially, a pretty poor gaming experience in the first place.

In summary, Gran Turismo Sport isn't even a shadow of its former self. It's very small in terms of scope. The offline mode is pathetic and the online 'Sport Mode' is a massive sewer of disgraceful behaviour. If you raced a real car just one tenth as badly as you get in this game, you'd be immediately black flagged and your racing licence would be revoked the same day.

What a waste of good money and an enormous disappointment. As a die-hard GT fan with all the releases over the years, I'll never ever buy another Gran Turismo game again.

What an insulting shambles.

One of the

Best driving simulations well at lest in graphics department, even since PS One period. Opinions are divided regarding physics and sound, but overall environment and car models are astonishing
