Our stay was far from magical
Our stay was far from magical. The rooms were extremely poorly insulated, and when we complained, the front desk simply called our neighbors to ask them to lower their voices, completely missing the point. They were talking at a normal volume, but because of the thin walls, we could hear every word. This seriously affected our rest, which is essential during a Disney visit. On top of that, we were not offered another room, even though this was mid-September, which is far from a busy period.
Breakfast was also unpleasant. The staff looked unhappy and were extremely loud with the dishes, creating a stressful, rushed atmosphere.
The hotel itself is in poor condition. Chairs and benches in the Magic Hall and buffet area are damaged, and the bathrooms are outdated with discolored sealant.
We also tried the dinner buffet, which was €39 per person. For that price, the selection was very limited, and the food did not taste particularly fresh or worth the cost.
If you only need a place for a short stay during a quiet period, this hotel might be sufficient. But for anything more, it is far from ideal. Based on all these issues, I do not believe this hotel deserves a 4-star rating.
