Shoes are send just in a plastic bag. If you want to return product, they charge 15% of sales prices and you need to even pay returncost yourself. Replies on questions are standard generated by AI or chatbot.

Terrible from start to finish
Terrible from start to finish. First of all i had to wait almost 2 months before i got everything. The quality is terrible and the fitment has been the worst i’ve ever seen. The smell of the clothing is also really bad and i received different sizes then i ordered. I highly recommend to never buy from this company ever. Don’t make the same mistake that i made.

After an unreasonably long wait, I received my t-shirt that has nothing to do with what was on the website. The design is completely different, the collar label has been cut off, and there isn’t even a tag with the fabric composition.
