Do NOT Order from Grand Crayon!!!

Horrible experience!! I placed my first order back in February, 2017. Their shipping policy say's it should take 6-8 business days to arrive. After a month of waiting and 3 follow-up e-mails I finally received a response that they were having shipping problems and couldn't send me my order and refunded it. They said maybe try back in a week or two and place another order. So I waited until Apr. 11th and placed another order. It is now May 7th and I still have not received my order. I have e-mailed both sales @grandcrayon.ca, service @grandcrayon.ca 4 times now, sent both offices a letter(Montreal Office: 6000 Cote Des-Neiges
#250-B Montreal, QC, H3S1Z8 and Boisbriand Office: 502 Cour Steiner Boisbriand, QC, J7E4H4) and still have not received a response. They still have my money that I paid on credit card of over $270 and still no refund or received products. This is a huge scam!! If you ordered from them please contact your local BBB (Better Business Bureau) and police fraud unit.

Never Received My Order

I placed an order over 11 days ago. I have made several calls and left messages with no response. I have emailed with no response and I have faxed to the number on there website and the fax won't got threw. I have paid for my item with a credit card and can't get any response from anybody as to when or if I will ever receive my order. I would never order anything again from this company as they need to take a lesson in customer service. I probably will never receive my order and can't get to talk to anyone to cancel the order. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
