Beware
Beware! As expressed by many others, Grand Harbor Property Management is a HORRIBLE company. They are the worst of the worst. They are shady, calculated, and completely lack ethics. They have absolutely no concern over the harm they do to others, especially, those suffering. They partake in unscrupulous behavior and as many other reviewers stated, they are bitter, abusive and rude. They repeatedly scammed a very close friend (with serious health problems) out of a lot of money, which was desperately needed for medical treatments. Our friend believed that they would correct their errors. Instead, they repeatedly displayed a pattern of blatant indecency, unprofessionalism and utter disregard for human life. She has suffered terribly due to their horribly dishonorable and despicable mistreatment. It is our goal to ensure that disciplinary action is taken and while that is in the works, it is also our obligation to alert others from also being terribly harmed. Heed the warnings of many reviewers, and do not rent from and do not do business with Grand Harbor Property Management, unless you want to get burned.
