Far below 4‑star standards – disappointing stay
Very disappointing experience that does not match a 4‑star rating.
Breakfast quality was extremely low (powdered eggs, dry sausages, poor coffee).
The double bed in our room was missing one leg and leaned to one side.
Extremely slow elevator — walking to the 4th floor was faster.
Kitchenette with no equipment at all (no kettle, no glasses).
Housekeeping mixed up our personal belongings during cleaning.
Parking was unavailable on the second day.
After experiencing this low standard, we chose not to continue our stay. The lack of quality combined with a rigid, customer‑unfriendly approach makes this hotel hard to recommend.
If you expect real comfort and value, look elsewhere.
