Great Service from Grants of Derbyshire
I have recently had an offer accepted on a property sold by Grants of Derbyshire and I can say they have been excellent. Incredibly polite staff, prompt follow up viewings and queries and a very honest negotiation. No phantom bidders, no mind games (sorry other estate agents you know who you are!) just a quick and efficient service built on great communication and mutual respect for all parties involved.
