Very unhappy 1st time customer
This was the first time I bought online and the last.l waited in for the delivery 3 days because l received email from DHL delivery because they said in 3 emails my package needed a signature and when l phoned Grape Tree they said there wasn’t a number on the address order so THY didn’t they send a email asking for it because they sent my order receipt to my email.

Order delivered as expected. The goods were in an undamaged large strong box. However, the Muesli Base had a small top corner tear, with the result some of the Muesli had fallen out. Not pleased with having to sort it out.
