I love this company! Everything I have seen/used is fantastic!

So we ordered a couple items from them (a sidecar dab rig and a honey straw angled attachment) as an anniversary gift for my wife.

She loved the items, but there was a missing part on one (one of the three attachment options included with the sidecar was missing) and the other had a manufacturing defect (one of the glass rims was misshapen and as a result one side was 1-2mm smaller than the other, resulting in a bad grip and seal). It was pretty hard to see, but it was there.

I reached out to Grasscity that day via their form. It took a couple of days for them to get back to me, and when they did, they asked me to send video of the defect, which I did.

About a day or two after I sent the video to them they reached out again and asked if they could resolve the issue by shipping me a generic replacement for the missing part (they said they were out of the brand specific attachment) and a complete replacement for the defective item.

I agreed and in a few days we had our replacements, both of which are in good condition and work flawlessly.

I'm very impressed by the depth of their support, I totally get wanting a confirmation of a defect as defects tend to be rare depending on the manufacturer. They never accused me of any deception or tried to get out of fixing the issue, they were totally committed to fixing the problem and they did.

Excellent support, if a bit slower than we're used to in the days of automated "your ticket has been received" emails.

I would never use this company ever again... 1st some how I got 4 of the same item... 2nd I was made to pay for the return postage..... the one package had to go to Canada and cost 43.00....I am mad as hell... I would have agreed to split it... no told straight out all returns are paid by customer....

Shipped super quick and was packaged well. The piece is beautiful and it hits very smooth. It's quite large, but we love it. Seems very sturdy. We were looking for a high quality glass, and are very satisfied with this purchase. The only thing we were a bit surprised by was the design on the inside of it - red, white, and black zig zags- we didn't notice it as much in the photos but it's very noticeable in person.

I ordered roughly a week ago. Which honestly I was surprised how quickly my order arrived. I figured it would take several weeks or something as it’s usually does from most other places. All the pieces came together and that sucker was wrapped and secured well in the packaging. It took me a bit to honestly unwrap it all. But the glass is pretty, and simple and it works perfectly. <3

Great glass, super fast shipping

I've tried to purchase items through Grasscity.com.au everything processed but I haven't received a confirmation email or any correspondence however have had 3 suspicious charges to my account within an hour. There is no customer service contact information on their page even though it states 24/7 customer service.

I'm happy with my purchase except for one thing. The pipe pictured online was green and therefore that's the color I was expecting to receive. I got a pink pipe, and I hate pink!
