Slow delivery
This day and age when amazon ship on the same day its a bit poor to order on a Wed and receive the product on a Monday. Bear this in mind if you need the product quickly!

Sorry to hear that you were not happy with our delivery time, however your review is untrue. An order you placed on 15th September was delivered to you on 16th September via APC courier. A second order from you was ordered Thursday evening (25th September), dispatched on the Friday (26th September) via Royal Mail .

Bought a awning 420 and left it up for a couple of days at a time for 7 occasions to be told we should take it down daily as leaving it in weather conditions is against “there script”, despite people leaving them up for months at a time, ours ripped due to faulty material and now they won’t address it Because they feel because it faded and we left it out it’s our fault!! Won’t ever buy from these again.!

We feel your review is very unfair and untrue. Your first contact with us regarding the awning, states 'it’s only been up two months'. The awning you purchased, as described on our website advises 'it is suitable for both weekend or main holiday use (not seasonal pitch)' as advised in communications to you. We have never advised that the awning should be taken down daily, this is an untrue comment.
We were happy to collect this from you and pass onto the manufacturer to inspect. They have confirmed that the awning had been left up for a long amount of time due to the condition so this is not covered under warranty.
There are other brands of awnings that are designed to be used on a seasonal pitch but this awning is not made for this use.

Good customer service and Expedite delivery
Well communication through email before and after ordering, thanks so much for the expedite delivery, I placed order at 1:14pm and received the cool box next day 9:20am (within 1 day since I placed the order), it is an amazing experience for me, I will introduce Grasshopper Leisure to my friends definitely.
