Looks fabulous when laid out
This a bit disappointing. Although I complained about the quality I was still charged £50 plus 25% for cutting fee. If it is a quality issue and not specifically change of mind this will need to be reviewed. It is a company T&C but leave the customer heavily out of pocket.
Really pleased with service and product.
Worst expereince my company ever had buying artifical grass from Grass-Warehouse. Its ended up initially delivering wrong item in a NON-Standard van delivery with out necessary fork or tool to manage customer site delivery. Their delivery people asked me as a customer to help getting the ton waited Grass roll to take out from their Van and once they realised it is the wrong one , again asked for me to help put it back. Wasted my 1 + hour time, energy and had backpain started helping them. And they never get delivered my items i ordered . i raised the compliant couple of times with their service team and courier company SGK but no proper respond or action tey taken. i have to ended up asking refund my full money back. Really really bad and horrible expereince wtih both Grass Warehosue as well as their courier company SGK. DONT take your life at risk buying from this cowboy company.
Product arrived in a roll with an inner cardboard tube that was easily removed which made carrying easier. The colour is a attractive fresh green and the texture is soft underfoot. It was easy to lay and looks great on our roof garden.
