Lack of expertise.
Shawn, the mechanic, made a mistake diagnosing the issue with the worrisome grinding noise in the area of both of the front wheels of my Tacoma. He replaced parts of the suspension system. As I drove out of the garage, the noise was still there. His response was that he still was glad to have replaced parts of the suspension on the front wheels, that they needed it anyway.
Other than this serious issue, Shawn displayed a bad temper, rudeness, and condescension. I had to finally tell him to stop his bad behavior otherwise I was leaving.
I wrote a negative review on Google and Jennifer, his wife and owner of the shop, emailed me many times to try to force me to take the review down. She was relentless and threatening.
This may be a good garage for something like an oil change but as far as for serious repairs, this is not the place.
