I don’t think they even deserve the 1 star they are getting! Twice i have ordered products from them and twice i have had to chase them to find out where my order is to find out they don’t have the item in stock!!

Ordered gloves. they sent the wrong size out. I had to open a paypal claim as they ignored my attempts to contact them. gloves have been returned but i have not received a refund. they NEVER reply. PLEASE DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. TRY CALLING THEM. THEY ONLY HAVE A MOBILE NUMBER AND NEVER RESPOND. WHY WOULD YOU TRUST A COMPANY LIKE THIS?
Update - I have now been refunded, but only after i spammed the hell out of the owner through FB, Twitter & Emails. You should not have to work this hard to get what you are entitled to.
Ordered and paid for Size 7 gloves for my son, payment went through never received an order confirmation email. Contacted store, response received few days later, items being sent in a couple of days. 10 days on nothing received, sent second email to Great-Save no response. Have instigated Merchant Chargeback process with Card Provider. Great-save not responding and dragging out the process, so we have not had any money back.

Ordered a pair of gloves size 7 for my son got sent a size 5 and damaged. Tried calling and emailing the company but never get a response. Horrendous treatment of customers and will definitely not be using great-save again
Ordered a pair of gloves, arrived damaged, tried to contact the company by phone but nobody answering the phone. I also emailed but had no reply. Terrible after sales service, only buy if your going to keep your item and forget returning it. I won't be using Great save.com in the future.
Ordered a pair of gloves, seam went on day one, emailed the company who advised me to send the gloves back for an exchange, I sent them back asking for a refund, not heard anything back for over a week or so in regards to acknowledgment of arrival or my refund, sent 5/6 emails, 3 tweets, called the phone number and used WhatsApp, all no reply (or no response) still waiting for an acknowledgment and a refund of £110!!!! Very poor
