The painting and shipping were excellent. However, the only issue I had was getting in touch with your customer service department. No one answered the phone and it took a week or more for someone to respond to my email. I ordered the wrong size and wanted to add a frame to the item, but by the time my email was answered the picture was delivered. That's definitely on me. Other than that, *****

I have been a customer of Great Big Canvas for a number of years. Not only because of the selection of interesting art that I have put in both my home and office, but because of the quality of the framing and soundness of the pieces that I have purchased. Unfortunately, this last piece, while a beautiful piece of artistic expression, was just a little more than a poster on a piece of cardboard framing. And therefore, I was deeply disappointed in the quality and value of this particular piece. Frankly, I was pretty shocked when I took it from the box... the light cardboard framing was very disappointing and not up to my prior experiences with GBC.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the canvas you received. We see that you ordered one of our Solid-faced Canvases. However, you may have expected to receive one of our Stretched Canvases with wooden stretcher bars, which we use for our Framed and Floating Frame Canvases. During a recent website update, we made the decision to change our default canvas to our Solid-faced Canvases, which are warp-resistant and easy to hang. However, we would be happy to work with you on a replacement for a Stretched Canvas, as well as provide you with information on how to request a Stretched Canvas in the future. We sent a follow-up email to further assist, and we look forward to hearing back.
