Fantastic artwork! I had never heard of this company so I was hesitant on spending a large sum of money for a painting. When my painting arrived (maybe 5 days after ordering? It came QUICK!) It was damaged! I'm positive it was the UPS driver, he shuffled my large painting and used the steps of his truck to catch the piece on the way down. It looked like someone smashed the entire side with a hammer! I was so upset and worried because I spent $400.00 on this and I didn't know what the return process would look like. I filed an arrived damaged/return request with Greatbigcanvas and recieved a reply a day and a half later stating they had sent out a brand new canvas! Also, to discard the damaged one! I got the new one (which was in crazy good/tight packaging) 3 days later and it was PERFECT! I absolutely love this piece!! I don't have a picture of it hung up, only of the damaged one but I 10/10 will be purchasing from this company again!
