We compared the canvas you received to the image file, and it does appear to have printed correctly. Depending on your monitor settings, the image may have appeared differently on your computer. We are also sorry that part of the frame was damaged. For the best care, we recommend cleaning the surface with a damp cloth with no additional detergents.
