Happy with the picture and frame although when close to the print, it is very grainy. Mounting was very easy - I didn’t follow directions, just put both plastic mounting hangers in place, used the level to position, then tapped the frame (with help) on both sides to make indents. Then nailed both hangers in their dents and it came out perfect. When I removed the little level with the double faced tape it took with it a large peel of paint, but of no consequence.

Incredibly disapppointing. This could be done by a child. The colors are dull and the painting looks cheap. We paid a lot of money for this. I wouldn't have paid a fraction for this had I seen it in person. To add insult to injury, the company refuses to refund my money as advertised!!!!

The picture lacks something...it just doesn't come alive. For the price, I was disappointed, but I'm keeping. For some reason, I thought it was a print on canvas, with actual acrylic accents to give it more of a 3D effect. I may see if I can get someone to do this for me. (I got a small picture of flowers in a vase at Dollar General with this method, and it was only $10.)

Everything on our site is printed in a giclee style, meaning it is digitally printed onto our poly-cotton blend canvas. There is no paint applied to the print, but everything is created from the original digital image of the painting or photograph. Because of this, there is also no texture other than the canvas material itself. We apologize for the confusion this caused.
The colours were just what I had imagined. Well packaged and arrived earlier than expected.
