The frame arrived damaged and although the AI customer service agent said a human would get in touch with us about it, that has not happened. That’s disappointing because we were going to order additional products.

It's beautiful! The frame had a minor nick upon receipt but not super noticeable. I love the installation kit that came with the frame, it was super easy to hang - perfectly straight, first try.
