What I e noticed on this product, is your saw tooth hangers are toooooo weak to hold this painting on the wall.. they are just tapped in with a small pointed clip… it will eventually pull out.. you need to use long nails to attach the saw tooth hangers

The picture and the frame are beautiful. However, the frame was broken in half. The plastic covering was cracked and pieces were broken off. The packaging appeared to be somewhat good but the delivery people were terrible. It took me over three hours to try to submit a claim with UPS. I am not sure what the outcome will be with the claim. I tried calling Great Big Canvas company and they their phones are not working. You cannot talk to a human being to try to get resolution of the issue. I was very disappointed with the delivery of the product.
