I'd love to be able to rate it 5* if I ever had any hope of getting this painting. I ordered last month. I was told 'ship date 11 Oct; track date 13 Oct'. Got to 13 Oct and no update on the info and no painting or tracking. Tried to call. Automated message on customer service says they have a 'high influx' of calls so they have disabled all phone lines 'temporarily' until they catch up on their email. So I wait. I try to call again a few days later. Still the same! So I email. 5 days later. Still no reply. Phone lines still down. I email again. Nothing. So now we are over 1 week after my item was supposed to be shipped and trackable but I can't get through to customer service on phone or email to find out what is going on. For all I know they've taken my money and run... or at best, I'm still getting my painting but absolutely no idea when. next week? next month? next year? No way of communicating with customer service to find out. Very poor and very concerning. Love the idea of this painting... as long as it's real!!!
