The product is great, but the delivery…not so good!!! It was to be delivered December 24th, as a gift. It arrived 9 days later, January 2nd… very disappointing!!! I should have been contacted!

The installation was a nightmare. The hooks attached to be used for the installation were not properly placed. I had to go to a frame shop to have the proper hooks placed on the art in order to hang. Very disappointing, particularly because it was a large piece of art and transporting it could only be accomplished in an SUV.
