Quality of product construction was very good! However, It did take over a month to receive item with no updates to the anticipated ship date. I had to reach out multiple times to acquire status and received little to no information - only that order had been updated to “urgent.” To credit of GBC, they did upgrade shipping. Due to quality of the item ordered, I will consider purchasing again from them.

Love your company and products!!! Bought two 48” x 48” within a week! Unfortunately, the second one came with a hole in it (came through the box) but when I contacted you, you IMMEDIATELY agreed to replace it at no charge!!! Now that is trust and customer satisfaction!!!! Thank you SO MUCH!!!
