So first of all I love the artwork overall. I put the canvas in an existing frame I had but there was a manufacturing fault. Someone left a broken staple sticking out in one of the crossbar stabilizer wooden part of the frame. It had punctured the canvas. I did not call customer service because I really didn't want to go through the trouble of repackaging. It's noticeable if you know where it is but as a whole I love this anchoring piece of art for my house.
