My canvas came with an obvious bend in the frame. It doesn’t fit flush to the wall and the top right corner doesn’t look right. I called to ask for help and got a recording that something was wrong with the phones. I called a couple of days later and got a recording saying that they were no longer taking phone calls and I needed to go on line. I did that and then I was told to create an account and someone would get back to me. I haven’t heard back yet. I feel as if I paid a lot of money and would like a perfect picture.

This piece came securely wrapped and was easy to install. I used these two on either side of my tv and they look great. I look forward to ordering from GBC again soon.
