I love the artwork. The mounting is, however, cheap. The mounting hardware are the light weight hangars designed to hold something that weights a few ounces and they are mounted permanently in a crooked orientation and not level with each other. It is impossible to Mount your own hardware because there is nothing but cardboard or thin plastic to screw into so nothing will hold. You are limited to nailing two brads to the wall and then raising or lowering a Brad making 5 5 or 6 holes until it is about level. Also, the matboard on the back bulges in the middle so that when you hang it the bottom of the 48x48 is about 2 inches away from the wall. I called customer support and the auto attendant says they don’t take phone calls anymore. I submitted a customer support request the day after it arrived several weeks ago and no one has answered. This for an expensive product. The artist did a great job but the company delivered shoddy product.

We can assure you you that this is not our typical standard and our hardware is typically placed evenly for easy hanging with one or two nails. The type of hardware used is dependent on the style of canvas selected. Our solid-faced canvas uses sawtooth hangers that are attached to the back of the matboard backing.
