A framed picture was quoted at $338.78. I ordered it, it came on time. Then I got my Mastercard bill. I was charged $466.03 and also charged a foreign transaction fee of $11.65. I live in Canada, have never been charged any differently than what I was originally quoted in the past. Not happy.
