We got our picture the day we left our cabin! Luckily! Thanks! But I called them 3 times & left messages trying to change the address for delivery as they kept telling me that they were very busy. They sent an email saying they got my message & would try to help me but, they sent the picture to the address that I told them I would not be at. Bad communication with this company! Make sure you will be at the address you give! You will get no help!
