The picture and quality are great. I probably would have no problem with installation if it were not for mounting concerns. The kit packet for wall installation was missing just one nail. I suppose that I could have gone out to buy some matching nails, but I had a better idea. 1. I wrote asking for the nail. 2. But, I also asked for a few more kits since I anticipated the need to move the picture one day and the unique mounts, if missing, would present a problem. In any event, I expected to pay the cost. The reply WAS ABSURD. I was directed to buy the kits from your vendor! Therefore, my plans have changed. When I get the time, I will go out and buy a wire and hang the picture by conventional means. What would you do?
