Money was charged … never received product. Original frame not available, asked for substitute frame several times. Never received a reply. I am hoping the company will rectify this situation, and soon.

The delivery was on time and I love the wall art I selected. The first delivery was damaged. A quick chat online with picture of the damage and it was resolved with a new framed picture arriving within a few days, and I didn’t have to return the original!
