Love our canvas. It’s looks fabulous in our bedroom. Very calming with the waves throughout it. Being from the west coast the orcas make it even more lovely!

We see that you ordered one of our Solid-faced Canvases. However, you may prefer our Stretched Canvases. This style of canvas has a metal keyhole hanging hardware system which is very sturdy. We sent a follow-up email to further assist, and we look forward to hearing back.
I love the painting but the frame came warped so it does not sit flat against the wall. Mounting hooks are included which was nice but you need to make sure that your measurements are absolutely exact on each side or it is not going to lineup with the hook. Our walls have knockdown on them so their system of indenting a little pin as an identifier for nail placement did not work for us. I thought the cost was on the high side especially when you add in tax and shipping. As for the painting itself, I absolutely love the colours and it seems to illuminate with light.

However, if you were unable to hang your canvas, we would be happy to send a replacement. You would not be required to mail back your defective canvas. You can simply dispose of it.
