After being told that the exhorbitant shipping fee ($100) went towards extra protection, given the fragility of the art, this piece arrived in a torn box, with the framing broken in multiple places, and one the broken wooden studs puncturing through the canvas itself. It was not wrapped in bubble wrap or any other protection--just in a large and flimsy plastic bag. Extraordinarily disappointing. The only reason I didn't give this a zero star review is that I was given a complete refund after contacting customer service and uploading pictures. No apology however.
