Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry that your canvas did not print as expected. Everything on our site is printed in a giclee style, meaning it is digitally printed onto our poly-cotton blend canvas. There is no paint applied to the print, but everything is created from the original digital image of the painting or photograph. Because of this, there is also no texture other than the canvas material itself. We have a quick and easy return policy that does not require mailing back your item for a return or exchange.
