Not so good! Received without frame.. Follow up slow, 10 days later, still have not received replacement. But more importantly,, from the time we ordered both prints with 40 % off the price dropped additional 10%. Prior to their delivery I notified dealer of the pricing issue and email went unanswered. I have purchased 6 in total (24 months) from dealer mostly larger sized $ prints. I would expect they would respect the loyal customer request and adjust costs. Will think twice before I place additional order.
