the print I received was not even close to the product viewed on website. I understand slight variance from internet, but this was completely different color(s). I do greatly appreciate company support and ease to obtain refund.

As you mentioned, computer and phone screens can often depict image colors differently, based on the screen brightness level they are set to. We will look into this image further, however.
