The product is just as expected and works well. However customer service with Great BG Canvas needs a lot of work. I was sent the wrong product. Three AI conversations produced absolutely nothing, one chat with a customer representative produced another AI email asking me to answer a question so they could process my order. Extremely frustrating 10 days, for an issue that could have been much more easily handled.
