Have purchased many pieces from Great Big Canvas. This was the most recent and it makes quite an impact in the room. Packaging and shipping have always been great. With this particular piece, the installation was made far more difficult than normal due to the sawtooth hangers that were used only on the top of the frames. This makes hanging a picture this size very difficult to level. Had they used wire it would have been a breeze. Very disappointing they took this short cut to save a few cents and put their customers through a lot of extra work.
