I was disappointed the frame came with a very small knick on the top right of the frame. While I didn’t give the seller an opportunity to make right, I chose to suck it up and deal with the “dent” rather than go back and forth and wait weeks for possible resolution, if any. I doubt it’s noticeable to anyone but me or unless you get within a foot or so; however, I do have high expectations for a purchase such as this and it should have been in new and perfect condition. Quality control failed or was simply lazy on this one.

Product arrived damaged and production was inferior...canvas nailed to cardboard rather than wood. I have purchased numerous pieces of art from GBC over the past several years and I've always been extremely pleased with this company. I've recommended this company to friends and family. However, all has changed! After receiving an email from GBC stating that I could dispose of the damaged art and my refund HAD been processed ("3 to 5 business days"), I have yet to receive a refund and my countless emails go unanswered. I have waited for two weeks with no refund and zero communication. No one responds to the emails! I am not in a position to throw away hundreds of dollars and I am extremely frustrated that an associate sent a lovely email with a fair solution that met my satisfaction, only to find that no one followed through. What has happened to this company? Why is there no customer service?
