I just received my 4th framed canvas. The canvas was beautiful but I find there is a recurring error with framing. The canvas was not centered at all in the frame and looks crooked. It seems that there is very little quality control with the framing part of the process. Please address this issue in your factory. Thank you.

Easy website, wide range of images

Very easy to search by artist and select different size/frame options. Ordering process is straightforward and transparent about shipping costs, and it is easy to apply discount codes (some of which are automatically applied). Searching for artwork by color could be improved by allowing searching for pieces with multiple colors desired (e.g., allow a search for pieces that have green, blue, and yellow in them).

I have ordered several framed canvases from this company, every single one is of the upmost high quality. Looks exactly like what’s pictured on the site. The shipping is done really well. Super packing and well protected. I loved the one I just received so much after receiving it, we bought another and waiting to receive it. Can’t wait. First class operation all the way. I was able to shop for my purchase in a leisurely way, taking my time in making my decision, and finally selecting my favorite when I was ready.

I ordered 3 pictures for $1000.00. Easy to order online. The pictures took 8 days to arrive with very little input from the company on an estimated date of arrival. The packages all arrived without any damage to the packaging. The pictures were all packed very professionally for transport. The frame on one image was very poorly made - the corners did not meet appropriately and peeling on three corners-not acceptable. That they knowingly sent out a poor quality product with bad framing is what really bothers me. The second picture with a problem was the green heron and there is a lack of black color on the picture in error. I guess this could happen and be missed in quality control. I am in contact with customer service but I am very annoyed that I need to do a return because I was using this to stage my home to sell. I would attach pictures if I could.

Website was easy to use, lots of size options. We purchased in 2018 and were very pleased with the large tryptych, so decided to order another. Your selections are vast! To have such a large variety of Canal du Midi from which to choose is wonderful!

Frame hastily made. Doesn’t line up even a little! Paid a lot of money for it. Corner of pic worn away. I should have gone to marshals.

The framed art looks very nice in our home. We have other farmhouse pictures so this fits right in.

There was a good selection of pieces available and I was able to find comparable pieces of the same size by the same artist for placement to the right and left of an existing decorative element.
I am not sure if setting up our tax exemption certificate worked properly - it gave no indication.

I am extremely pleased with the artwork I purchased. It looked as good as I hoped it would. The framing was great. I was concerned when it arrived because the box was torn and damaged but fortunately the painting was absolutely fine. Shipping was quick. Great job
