Too many reflections in the glass

I bought a large beautiful canvas recently and was very happy with the ordering and delivering process. However, when I hung the artwork on the wall, I noticed that the glass was extremely reflective and I could not keep the art on the wall that I had originally chosen. It would have been nice to have the option of non-reflective glass or even non-reflective acrylic offered as an option to mitigate this problem which I'm sure affects many buyers.
I tried to fix the problem myself by removing the art from the frame and would have been happy to replace the glass with something non-reflective, but it appears to be locked into the frame and stapled together making it impossible to remove without breaking it. I'm not sure why the glass and artwork couldn't have been just placed together and then pinned in place like an ordinary print.

I like it because you keep my item in…

I like it because you keep my item in the cart until I decide when to purchase it.i love that.sometimes I don't have the money to buy right away but I love the picture so I put it in my cart until I can get it. It really gives me the time to get what I love. Other wise I would just pass it up.thanks again!

Great BIG Canvas is an excellent company to order from. LOVE them! I ordered the incorrect size. Had to reorder. The customer service rep was kind, patient, and overall wonderful to work w/!

Easy to order online. Nice website. Will work w/them again and would suggest you do too!
