Worst service in over 10 years
When we were eventually seated (5 mins) we decided to order 3 meals from the main menu (rather than their carvery).
Was told the spicy sauce for their steaks was not available, but he would make me something similar. Over an hour went by and we watched as people came, eat, and left. When our meals came out, the rump steaks were cold, we had no vingear for the chips nor steak knifes to eat it with. Twice the waitress went back to the kitchen for a) english mustard - which I was told they didnt have even though I could see a large vat of it for the carvery eaters b) Steak Knifes. Each time taking around 5 minutes!
By then, our drinks were empty and we were starving to eat whatever we had. A shame, because this restaurant used to have standards.
