Not impressed with Property Management Staff attitude…

I saw an open for inspection for a rental in Moggs Creek for a Wednesday morning the night before, dragged two young kids out of their bed at 5.30 am Left at 6.30 am with the two young grandkids, drove 3 1/2 hours only to be told by email 30 minutes before the open time, that "it was an error and we are all human and it happens and I should have confirmed"the open was held on Tuesday morning day before, A bit hard to confirm when I see it still on the internet at 9.30 pm when it's already happened.
NO apology at all for the inconvenience and the trouble it caused, just very smart mouth by one hoyty Property Management staff, JH.
