Excellent service.
I particularly liked the option of mini weathervanes available as I wanted this one for a summer house in the garden. It's actually for a gift and hasn't been opened yet so I can't comment on what it looks like in reality but I'm sure it will be great. It was easy to navigate the site and order what I wanted. The package was tracked and I knew when it would be arriving at my door. It even had its photo taken to prove delivery ! All this on a free delivery too. Cannot fault the service at all and the packaging was secure and safe for transport. I look forwards to seeing it up on my son's summer house :)

Highly recommend Great Outdoor Goods customer service
We had an issue with a weathervane we’d purchased less than 5 months before. I contacted the company with an explanation & photos and immediately received a response from their Director Jonathan. He apologised and arranged for a replacement to be sent straight away with an upgrade. We are extremely impressed with their customer service and consequently highly recommend them.
