Missing Items & Staff Does Not Care
the product is good but the managing of the delivery is horrible. when the delivery was mad missing a spray can. they said they will do overnight delivery. however, I had to follow up a few times to get the item. The staff does not care.
when the fence was getting installed one more item was missing. Now my project will be incomplete and they said they will deliver the missing item a week later. Very disappointed with the place. they should own up to their mistake support the request!

Left after paying for a 11,000 order to then get and email stating they forgot to charge me for a 42in handrail price difference from a 36 but before handing CASH over i was told the price remains the same and she gladly took my cash. There excuse was due to a new system
..but I've heard that 1.5yrs ago but this was a 600$ cash difference this time..
And when I called there mistake was not acknowledged and I have to take the hit when they told me it was same price and I couldn't pick my order up with out paying off balance....

Inaccurate estimate and antiquated payment options
I am not a contractor. I called and explained that I wanted to replace my wooden steps with composite materials. The estimator excluded critical parts including stair risers , a 20 ft board and caps for the posts. When my contractor picked up the goods we all expected the order to be correct and complete. Due to the inaccurate estimate,my project couldn’t be completed in 1 day as was anticipated. Thus my contractors had to waste time going to Home Depot to hunt for supplies. Since they were unable to get all the supplies needed, my back step replacement project is delayed. Additionally after calling twice to try to pay for the goods , the process to pay this company is antiquated. If you do not want to go to the store to pay in person, you have to call with a credit card number , which increases a customer’s risk to fraud or you can mail a check which is much too slow. Why should a customer be inconvenienced to pay for goods when there are so many secure & automated options available for businesses ?Overall, I did not have a good experience. Due to the missing items,I will have to deal with them again . However that will be the very last time .

Your prices are great
Your prices are great. You guys were recommended to me through another contractor. I was skeptical because the distance you are from me. But I figured you delivered. I called on a day you were open and time that you were open, got an answering service 4 times and never got a call back that day. So I tried again 4 days later, got a sales person and talked prices and found out they could deliver that week, that was 8:30 am. I called at 11:30 to see if I could get matching screws and plugs,again confirmed that they could deliver that week. Sales person said yes again and was suppose to call me back about the plugs,again no call back. I called at 2:30 and was told by same sales person that he could get the plugs and screws but needed to double check on delivery day and would call back in 15 minutes. No call, I called at 4:20 and talked to another sales person and found out that they could not deliver that week. Between the answering service and the sales people, not sure I would ever waste my time again even for great prices.
