Beautiful products, but misleading shipping and origin
"I recently purchased polo shirt's from this site. The items themselves look great in the photos and are indeed beautiful, which is why I was initially excited about my order.
However, I feel it is important for other potential customers to be aware of the reality behind the shopping experience:
Misleading Origin: The site presents itself as an American-based brand, but the items I received were shipped from Italy. There is no transparency on the website regarding the fact that this is an international operation rather than a domestic one.
Logistics Issues: Because the items are shipping from overseas, delivery times are significantly longer than what one would expect from a U.S. retailer. My order took over a month to arrive.
If you are looking for domestic shipping and the transparency that comes with a U.S.-based company, you may want to look elsewhere. I am disappointed that the site does not clearly disclose the international nature of their business and the associated shipping delays before purchase."
